RETURN POLICY

we'll gladly exchange unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise with original tags attached. if for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, mail it back to us within 14 days of your delivery date for a full credit of the cost of the item(s) returned for an Ari + Ivy store credit. all sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

once your return is received and processed, we will send you an email to let you know we have received your returned item(s) and the details of your store credit. we do not issue refunds or cancel orders. every return or cancellation of an order will receive store credit. you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for your return item. 

if you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. without this, we cannot guarantee we will receive your order.

EXCHANGES

if you need to exchange for another size, please contact us at hello@shopariandivy.comor DM us on our instagram @shopariandivy before returning the item so we can hold the size you need in advance. if you received a damaged item and need to exchange it for the same item, or have a question about exchanging, feel free to contact us and we will be happy to help you.
