DOMESTIC SHIPPING
standard shipping takes 2-9 business days. if you do not receive your order in that time frame, please reach out to us at hello@shopariandivy.com. Ari + Ivy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
we currently do not offer international shipping.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
ownership of packages is turned over to USPS or UPS transfers to the buyer once shipped. Ari + Ivy is not responsible for lost, held, stolen, or damaged packages. we are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. shipping is a service you purchase from USPS or UPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS or UPS. if your package is lost or stolen, we recommend you contact the carrier to file a claim or contact local authorities.
TO KEEP IN MIND
your original shipping charge is non-refundable. you will be responsible for your own shipping costs for your return item, choose any carrier you like. please include your order number in the return package. to be eligible for a return, your item must be in original condition: unused, tags attached and in the same condition you received it. if we receive the items used or not in the same condition as when you received them, you will be notified, the items will be returned to you and you will not receive store credit. we do not issue refunds
